ClickOnce version will not auto update to this paid version so you can have the choice, but there is no support for old version. If you update you will get new functionality but loose some premium features that you used to get without the license (license is $5 for single machine). Portable version and ClickOnce don’t have premium features for free anymore since now it is on par with Store version.
